Norman rolls back the years - read on

Date posted: 17 Nov 2008

Selby seals points as TWP St George's Hill snatch their first win of the season in the Premier Squash League.

Ross Norman, Squash legend and the 1986 World Champion who has not played top level squash for six years put TWP St George's Hill on course for a famous victory against local rivals Unisport Guildford at St George's Hill , Weybridge last night.

Norman was called up when local youngster Tom Richards turned his ankle in training and was ruled unfit to play. With several other players away playing international tournaments Norman was the obvious choice to keep the team competitive in a match they needed to win to have any chance of making the league semi finals.

Neil Desai 1988-2008 RIP - read on

Date posted: 20 Sep 2008

It is with great sadness that we hear of the sudden and tragic death of Neil Desai

Neil Desai

Neil was extremley friendly and very well repsected by everyone around him on and off the squash courts. He was full of energy always wanting to compete to the best of his abilities.

He worked hard with both his studies and on court. Neil was a bright young lad who had time for everyone and his enthusiam and love of life was embraced by all that met him.

The gentle giant of squash who had a big heart will be truely missed by one and all.

Our hearts and thoughts are with his family.

There will be a memorial for Neil on Saturday 8th November at 6pm at Tiffin Boys School in Kingston.
